Czapek & Cie presents its modern collections in these videos. Quai des Bergues, launched in 2015 as the first collection of the revived brand, is named after the Geneva street where Franciszek Czapek had his workshop. It uses the manual-winding calibre SXH1 with a seven-day power reserve and won the Public Prize at the 2016 Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève. Chapter 2 of the Czapek revival series introduces the watchmaker behind the modern brand. Czapek & Cie was revived in Geneva by Harry Guhl, Xavier de Roquemaurel and the watchmaker Sébastien Follonier. The company was registered in 2011 as Lissignol SA, renamed Czapek & Cie SA in December 2012, and presented its first collection, Quai des Bergues, in November 2015.

Chapter 1 opens the story of the Czapek revival. The historical brand goes back to 1839, when Franciszek Czapek and Antoni Patek formed a six-year partnership in Geneva called Patek, Czapek & Cie. In 1845 Czapek founded Czapek & Cie with Juliusz Grużewski, and the firm supplied watches to Napoleon III. The modern company was registered in Geneva in 2011 and first presented its Quai des Bergues collection in 2015.
